Keep your new members, termed members and existing members up-to-date. Maintain a monthly task to update your leadership committees and member records on DACdb. Use the Compare function on DACdb to sync your correct data with RI.
Keep your club roster accurate> pay your RI invoice> done!
Don’t forget this recent update that affects your Rotary membership figures. The following is an excerpt from the Rotary Membership Minutes on April 18, 2017:
If you have new members you want counted in your membership achievements for the current Rotary year, they must now be reported to RI on or before June 30th.
New members added on or before June 30th will count toward the current Rotary year, while members added with July 1 effective dates will count toward the new Rotary year.
