WHEN am I supposed to dial into that Zoom meeting???

Time zones are not shown on the calendar.
However, many clubs and districts do NOT have the correct time zone set for their location. We have added a button to the left of “Add Event” in the Calendar that will allow you to set the appropriate time zone for your club or district.

You can set the time zone for you own club (if you come into the calendar under My Club) or the District if you are a level 6+.
Setting this will also set it for the district or club so that future events added will display the correct time zone.
Should your district span more than one time zone your district governor gets to select which one to use.
