At training events (and even more so now at Zoom based training events) you may want to demonstrate our exceptionally handy RI Compare functions. However, the need to protect the data of our members is greater than ever now. We are proud to announce that now there is a way to protect sensitive information and still demonstrate these functions.
Prior to presenting your screen to the training session, run the RI Member compare once. Click on the cog wheel configuration ICON. Select scramble option: Yes. Then click Close.
The RI Member and Club Officer screens now have the personal member data scrambled. Club Information is not scrambled nor is the Member data if you click on the member link.
Do not update data in either direction while the data is scrambled.
Click on the cog wheel configuration ICON and select NO in the Setup window and click Close to return your displayed information to its unscrambled and normal appearance.
