- Click on My Club tab and select My Club Members and then click on the pencil icon next to the member who is having a problem.
- Click on the Login If the Login Retry Count is more than zero, update to zero and click update.
Once set and saved to zero, click the Email Login to User button and this will send them their login information.
- If you do have to update the Login Retry Count, select Update. You will then have to click on Edit Member to get back to the login tab.
- Clicking on Edit Member will take you back to the member’s profile. Select the Login tab and click the Email Login to User.
