Scheduling a pmail for future delivery is easy:
Click on your pmail icon under your My Club or District Tab depending on the audience.
Next selelect your receipients

Type your message, click on Schedule Delivery on the top of the page:

You can make your selections. You can schedule up to 7 days in advance.

Remember to select your time zone and your date and time. The time is represented in military time so 3:00 pm would be 15:00.
Click the save button on the bottom of the pop up box. You will now notice the send button has a clock on it. Click the send button and it will schedule your pmail for the date and time you selected.
